The most exciting projects are often the unexpected or extracurricular. Whether branding a new division or launching a pill pack to counter an emerging competitor, we always delivered. Some of my most rewarding work, however, was creating design186 University—a continued education program that provided space and opportunities for our team to learn and grow on the job.
